🔹Shiraz Dawood – As the Mechatronics Manager at Smiths Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd and a TWIMS Ambassador, Shiraz is passionate about pushing the
boundaries of industrial technology and driving Operational Excellence. A strategic IT & OT leader with extensive expertise in mechatronics, software architecture, and industrial automation.
🔹 Prof Theuns Pelser – Prof Theuns Pelser is the Executive Director at the Toyota Wessels Institute for Manufacturing Studies. He has a PhD in the field of Strategic Management and a Master’s in Commerce in the field of Marketing Strategy from Potchefstroom University. With over 30 years in academia and corporate strategy, he has shaped leaders across industries. His insights into innovation, strategic growth, and leadership are unmatched.
